For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualified applicants. This bonus will be prorated for part-time positions. Summary:
The Patient Service Representative (PSR) role will greet patients, answer telephones, schedule appointments, and perform other overall general office duties as assigned.

The Patient Service Representative plays a key role in delivering excellent patient service in a busy primary care office. This full-time, Monday-Friday (8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.) position is responsible for patient check-in and check-out, appointment scheduling, and supporting daily front-office operations. The PSR also assists with managing provider schedules and completing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic flow and positive patient experiences.


Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. License/Certifications: N/A
3. Experience: Previous office experience with medical office experience preferred.
4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
5. Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Proficient computer skills.
