The Green Thumbers is seeking an experienced, creative individual with excellent customer service skills and computer knowledge for the position of Floral Department Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory while controlling cost of goods

• Department training

• Maintaining website

• Scheduling

• Assist customers

• Design arrangements

• Display merchandise

• Wedding consultations

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years floral operations/design

• Previous management experience

• Customer service skills

• Communication skills (Verbal and Written)

• Time management/Prioritizing

Salary is dependent upon experience.
