Transportation Clerk

Our client, a leading organization in the transportation and logistics industry, is seeking a dedicated Transportation Clerk to join their team. As a Transportation Clerk, you will be an essential part of the operations support team, ensuring smooth administrative processes and effective communication across departments. Location: Hopewell Junction, NY Pay Range: $22 Shift: 8:00AM - 4:30PM, Monday through Friday What's the Job? Handle various office and administrative duties including accounts payable/receivable and collections Maintain and audit logs, trip reports, and other DOT reporting requirements Assist with maintaining database, billing, and miscellaneous reporting tasks Coordinate with drivers for route books, driver coverage, and equipment requests Support pallet tracking, fuel reconciliation, and office supplies management What's Needed?
