Senior Technical Specialist

Senior Technical Specialist is a full-time position responsible for coordinating project scope and technical direction within the Coordination of Benefits team, managing project deliverables, and performing quality assurance testing. Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones, participating in product development and operational UAT sessions Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring successful completion of projects according to objectives and deadlines Serve as a subject matter expert, providing training and support to internal stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience leading project-focused initiatives in a cross-functional matrix Knowledge of IT applications and medical claims processing Prior experience in the healthcare industry Experience with SQL, Python, or Spark is a plus
