Responsibilities
- Implement and assist with PT treatment plans for long-term acute care patients under supervision
- Support therapeutic activities: gait training, ROM, progressive strengthening, transfers, and functional tasks
- Monitor patient responses, document progress, and communicate changes to supervising PT
- Educate patients and families on mobility, safety, and activity strategies
- Ensure patient safety, proper equipment use, and adherence to infection control and facility policies
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the charting system per policy

Requirements
- Active PTA license in Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Ability to work in a long-term acute care / skilled nursing environment
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to meet credentialing and background check requirements for the assignment
- Willingness to adhere to facility policies and participate in required trainings
