Location: Boston, MA (4 days onsite per week)

- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LangSmith , or similar agent orchestration, evaluation, and observability frameworks is preferred. Familiarity with cloud-native AI architectures, MLOps best practices, AI monitoring, and production deployment methodologies is also a plus.
- The ideal candidate combines strong Generative AI expertise with solid software engineering skills and a passion for building intelligent, production-grade AI solutions. They stay current with the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem and have practical experience turning AI concepts into reliable solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Job Description
We are seeking skilled Generative AI Engineers for a client project in Boston, MA. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying intelligent AI agents and agentic workflows to solve complex business challenges. Candidates should be capable of taking AI solutions from concept and prototyping through production deployment, monitoring, and continuous optimization.
Required Skills and Experience
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and building and deploying AI agents using Azure AI Foundry .
- Practical experience with at least one AI-assisted development platform: Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, or Slingshot .
- Experience building, testing, and deploying agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI workflow orchestration, tool calling, memory management, and agent architectures.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including API integration, system design, application development, debugging, and testing.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise data platforms, APIs, internal systems, and business applications.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable AI solutions.
