Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking a Certified Surgical Technician (CST) with experience in vascular, orthopedic, spine, and plastics surgeries. This travel position offers a 4x10 shift schedule, supporting high-quality surgical procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organize the operating room to ensure smooth surgical operations.
• Assist surgical teams by passing instruments and maintaining sterile conditions.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other staff to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Follow strict infection control protocols and safety procedures.
• Document surgical procedures and assist with post-operative cleanup and setup.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid CST credential with at least 1 year of OR experience.
• Demonstrate specialized knowledge in vascular, orthopedic, spine, and plastics surgeries.
• Possess strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Be able to adapt to variable schedules and work effectively in a team environment.
• Comply with all hospital safety and sterilization standards.
