Fiber Splicer

Technical Requirements:
• Fiber splicing experience with the following cable configurations: 8×64 (minimum required) or 69×12
• Experience with ribbon splicing or closely related splicing methods
• Experience prepping cables including: 17/28, 8/64, 69/12, 34/56
• Familiarity with data center fiber environments strongly preferred
• Requirements Minimum 2 years of fiber splicing experience
• Candidates with at least 1 year of splicing experience in any capacity will be considered if they have data center exposure and strong fundamentals
Ability to produce approximately 96-144 ribbon splices per day Client values work ethic, reliability, and attitude; character is prioritized alongside technical abilit

Required Skills & Experience

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform fiber splicing on highcount cables in active data center environments
• Complete ribbon splicing, including spider ribbon fiber, on tight timelines
• Prep and splice large cable counts as they arrive on site Work efficiently to meet daily splice production expectations
• Move between job sites as project needs shift
