Construction Associate

BCG Attorney Search

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Construction Associate with 2 to 5 years of experience for its Atlanta, GA office. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction and/or real estate, representing parties on complex projects such as airports, data centers, and high‑rise constructions. Duties Draft, review, and negotiate complex construction documents. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives. Provide strategic legal guidance during project design and construction. Manage transactions through to close. Requirements Licensed and in good standing in Georgia, or eligible to waive in. Excellent academic credentials and superior writing skills. Confident and comfortable with daily client interactions. Elevated attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar admission in Georgia. Skills Strong drafting and negotiation skills. Ability to manage complex transactions.
