Quick Facts: Location: 33-57 Harrison Street, Johnson City, NY 13790 Start Date: 12/31/2025 End Date/Duration: Please inquire Shift: 12-hour day or night shifts (subject to facility scheduling) Hours/week: Varies based on scheduling needs Employment Type: Locum Tenens License/Certifications: Valid NY medical license, Board Certified in OB/GYN or Family Medicine with OB experience Experience: Prior OB hospitalist experience preferred; at least 2+ years clinical practice recommended Pay & Benefits: Pay package: $214.50/hour, paid weekly via direct deposit Benefits include: Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2 employment) Weekly pay schedule Paid sick time in compliance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team for your success What You ll Do: Provide obstetric inpatient coverage, including deliveries and emergency care Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes Respond to obstetric emergencies and manage labor and delivery cases Document patient care accurately in accordance with facility protocols Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards Support postpartum care and counseling as needed What You Need: Valid New York State medical license and BLS/ACLS certifications Board Certification in OB/GYN or Family Medicine with OB experience Minimum of 2+ years clinical practice as an OB hospitalist or equivalent role Strong communication and team collaboration skills Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to hospital needs About the Assignment: This assignment is at a leading facility in Johnson City, NY, offering a dynamic and supportive environment for OB hospitalists.
