You'll lead quality activities, support audits and inspections, identify trends, and partner with internal teams and suppliers to drive effective corrective actions and continuous process improvement. What You'll Do: Identify, document, and analyze quality discrepancies while supporting the development of effective corrective and preventative actions. Lead internal audits and collaborate with auditors and inspectors to ensure compliance with established specifications, standards, and manufacturing controls. Oversee testing activities and inspection teams, including reviewing and approving work order flow tags and supporting day-to-day quality operations. Develop and improve inspection techniques, tools, and instructions to strengthen quality standards and inspection processes. Partner with process owners and suppliers on nonconformities, customer escapes, supplier corrective actions, change control, and material review activities. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED. 5+ months of experience in technical training in soldering or fiber cabling. What Sets You Apart: Knowledge and experience with ISO9001/AS9100 Knowledge of ICP 610/620 and JA standard. Teamwork. Good communication skills. Ability to work independently.
