- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions
- Assist with payroll and invoicing
- Maintain organized financial and office records
- Answer phones and respond to emails
- Provide administrative support to management
- Order office supplies and coordinate general office needs
- Assist with reporting and daily office operations
- Help keep the office organized, efficient, and running smoothly
- 3-5+ years of QuickBooks experience
- Previous bookkeeping experience
- Experience with AP/AR, reconciliations, invoicing, and/or payroll
- Office management or administrative experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, motivated, and ready to take ownership of your work
