Quality InspectorPay: $18–$20/hour | Schedule: Day shift, approx. 8–5We're hiring two Quality Inspectors to join our team! No prior quality experience required — if you've worked in manufacturing and want to move into a quality role with more predictable hours, we want to talk to you.About the RoleThis is a fast-paced, hands-on position spent primarily on the shop floor. You'll be responsible for inspecting parts at each stage of production before they ship to customers, as well as inspecting incoming materials from vendor deliveries. Expect to be on your feet and moving throughout the day.What You'll DoPerform quality inspections on parts at each process step prior to shippingInspect incoming materials and deliveries from vendorsUse precision measuring tools (tape measure, caliper, micrometer) to verify specsDocument findings and communicate issues to the teamWhat We're Looking ForManufacturing experience (quality background a plus, not required)Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skillsMS Office proficiencyAnalytical, problem-solving mindsetTeam player attitudeComfort using measuring tools (tape measure, caliper, micrometer)Application ProcessCandidates must pass a basic math test (fractions required — decimal answers will not be accepted) before advancing to an interview.
