The Scope of Work Welcome visitors with a pleasant attitude and respond to inquiries efficiently Answer calls and messages and direct them to the appropriate departments Receive and sort mail, and handle package shipments and deliveries Maintain office conditions and ensure common areas are neat and tidy Support all office functions to keep things running smoothly in a fast-paced environment Manage property keys and maintain inventory/check-out logs Maintain inventory of office supplies and submit order requests as needed Perform administrative duties such as faxing, emailing, and reserving conference rooms Assist with the hiring and applicant screening process Assist with planning and execution of company events Assist with ad hoc projects as requested by management The Ideal Candidate Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a customer service mindset Ability to maintain confidentiality, sensitivity, and professionalism Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and multitasking skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Working knowledge of office equipment such as printers, mail meters, and fax machines Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail Self-disciplined and motivated to achieve goals Committed to continuous learning Shows up every day ready to be the best version of themselves and contribute to the team Familiarity with Microsoft 365
