Reliant Rehabilitation seeks a PRN Physical Therapist to provide and supervise therapy across Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care settings in Columbus. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized plans, and ensure documentation meets OBRA and provider guidelines.
Responsibilities include supervising PTAs and Rehab Techs, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team, and maintaining high-quality patient care while traveling between communities and adhering to required
