Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Largo, FL. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working directly with customers both in person and digitally.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store, over the phone, and via email
• Process orders and maintain accurate customer account records
• Manage high-volume emails, phone calls, and incoming mail/packages
• Provide product knowledge and support to customers
• Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and thank-you cards
• Support warehouse and shipping operations as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and workspace

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service or office experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Shopify or CRM experience is a plus)
• Highly organized, dependable, and team-oriented
• Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
