President – Leading Utility Construction Services Company – Private Equity

Our client is a growing, private equity-backed utility services and infrastructure construction company providing critical repair, maintenance, replacement, and construction services for a broad range of utility customers across the country.

This is not a “boardroom-only” leadership role. The ideal candidate is a field-oriented operator who thrives in fast-paced, execution-driven environments, who understands the realities of utility contracting, project management and field leadership, and who is energized by rolling up their sleeves to improve performance, build teams, strengthen customer relationships, and drive accountability throughout the organization. Your background will include experience in the utility construction and service sector, including gas, electric, water, and telecom, renewables, etc.

The President will partner closely with ownership and the executive team to execute the company’s strategic growth plan while ensuring operational excellence, safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction across multiple regions and service lines.

In addition to base salary and bonus, there will also be a compelling equity stake on offer.
