1YR/1ST TIMERS-PACU RN-10HR DAYS-64742 Start date: ASAP Shift: 4x10 Days (0900-1930) First-timers accepted: Yes Weekends Required: Yes - Once per 4 week period Call Required:Yes - once per 4 week period Assignment Length:13 Weeks Float Required: Yes Certs Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS (preferred Locals accepted? No RTO Restrictions: 1 All RTO must be included with submittal, prefer no holiday RTO Guaranteed Hours: 70 hours per 2 week period This PACU also supports CVL that require Anesthesia; Watchman's, TAVRs, EP cases. On occasion will need to preop ICU patients. We have staggered starts throughout the day/night, 10 hour and 12 hour shifts. 29 Bays between 2 floors. Call: One primary call shift and one secondary call shift in a 4 week schedule period Patient population: Pediatric (1 yo+), adults, geriatric. Same day surgeries and in-patient admits. Type of Surgeries recovered in PACU: Any procedure requiring Anesthetics &/or Spinal Anesthesia. (includes but not limited to) Vascular, General, robotic, orthopedic, pediatric, urology, gynecology, neuro/spine, podiatry, ophthalmology, Thoracic, trauma, cardiovascular lab, GI, Interventional Radiology, bariatric, ENT, Oral, Plastics. Level 2 Trauma Center. ASPAN standards are followed.
