Industrial Electrician - $38-$46/hr + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus | Canandaigua, NY

We're seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join a growing manufacturing facility supporting high-speed thermoforming and extrusion operations. This is a hands-on role responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining PLC-controlled production equipment to maximize uptime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems up to 480V
Maintain PLC-controlled thermoforming and extrusion equipment
Diagnose issues with motors, VFDs, sensors, heaters, and control circuits
Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
Perform preventative maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns
Support continuous improvement and equipment upgrades while following OSHA and LOTO safety procedures

What We're Looking For

3+ years of industrial electrical experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong troubleshooting skills with 480V, three-phase systems, motor controls, and PLCs
Ability to read electrical prints and schematics
Experience with thermoforming, extrusion, plastics, packaging, or other automated manufacturing equipment is highly preferred
Electrical degree, apprenticeship, or equivalent industrial training is a plus

Compensation & Schedule

$38-$46/hour (based on experience)
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus
Weekly Pay
12-hour night shift (2-2-3 schedule, 7:00 PM-7:00 AM)
Work only 14 days per month
Every other weekend off
Excellent overtime opportunities
