Location: Lynn Haven, FL Area
W-2 Pay: $65.00–$74.25 per hour
1099 Rate: Up to $110.00 per hour
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 paid with the first paycheck upon signing a one-year service agreement

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Eight-hour workday between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
• No weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements

Position Summary

We are seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist to provide psychological evaluations, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment to adults in an outpatient healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical interviews, psychological evaluations, and diagnostic testing
• Diagnose mental and behavioral health conditions using current DSM standards
• Provide individual, group, family, and couples therapy
• Treat PTSD, traumatic brain injuries, substance-use concerns, and other psychological conditions
• Assist patients coping with illnesses, injuries, and rehabilitation
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment reports
• Consult with healthcare professionals and other authorized parties
• Participate in staff meetings, quality-improvement activities, and required training
• Follow state licensing requirements and APA ethical standards

Minimum Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program
• Completion of an APA-accredited psychology internship
• At least one year of experience as a licensed Clinical Psychologist
• Active, unrestricted Clinical Psychologist license from any U.S. state
• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS certification
• Ability to pass a government background investigation and obtain required clearance
