Medical Education Manager (Peripheral)

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Medical Education Manager for Shockwave Medical to develop and execute physician education programs focused on cardiovascular disease treatment therapies. This fully remote role involves managing healthcare professional relationships, designing educational content, and coordinating medical affairs activities across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and execute Shockwave Medical-managed healthcare professional education programs
• Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders across cardiology, vascular surgery, interventional radiology and allied specialties
• Design educational curricula and objectives for CME and non-CME accredited content
• Oversee event execution, speaker contracting, compliance standards and program documentation
• Partner with medical societies and meeting planners to coordinate logistics and physician speaker coaching

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field; advanced degree preferred
• 6+ years experience in education, training, sales or marketing in medical device space
• Prior cardiovascular industry experience highly preferred
• Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• PowerPoint proficiency; CVENT and Salesforce experience a plus
• Ability to travel up to 40%

Compensation: $109,000 - $174,800
