Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical

Key Responsibilities Assess patients accurately based on their medical conditions. Administer prescribed medications and provide age-appropriate care. Develop and evaluate patient and family teaching plans. Utilize nursing knowledge for treatments and services. Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate care. Assist physicians with procedures and perform technical skills. Address psychosocial needs and communicate with social services for discharge planning. Practice cost-effective resource management. Prioritize patient care efficiently and promote safety by minimizing risks. Commit to lifelong professional development. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant clinical experience. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Computer literacy. RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
