Program Manager

About the Role Responsible for the dedicated management and operational oversight of a single customer program, focusing on customer service, team leadership to ensure efficient service delivery. This role requires a hands on leader with a strong background in program management, customer service, and team leadership to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction. Your Impact Program Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of a customer program, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships and resolve customer issues. Operational Efficiency: Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs within the program. Team Management: Directly manage, develop, and support the team responsible for delivering services to the customer, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure program goals are met. Issue Resolution: Identify and address operational issues within the program, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all program activities. Financial Management: Support P&L, revenue, and profit targets under leadership guidance. About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 7 years of related experience. Management experience in Technology or Professional Services industry. Previous P&L responsibility, prior experience in a customer service environment. Customer Success experience preferred. Requires up to 50% travel (valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record necessary). Requires leadership ability, strong interpersonal and communications skills, and public speaking skills. We are providing the anticipated base salary range for this role: $77,180-$105,980 annually.
