Customer Service Representative / Membership Sales Associate
Location: On-Site

Position Summary

We are seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives / Membership Sales Associates. This is a fast-paced, entry-level position that combines customer service, sales, and facility maintenance responsibilities.

Our team members play a key role in creating an exceptional customer experience while promoting our Unlimited Wash Membership program. Successful candidates are outgoing, reliable, and comfortable interacting with customers throughout the day.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greet all customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Assist customers at the Express Pay Terminals (XPTs) with selecting wash packages and completing transactions.
• Educate customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Membership program and actively promote membership sales.
• Communicate confidently and effectively with customers to drive membership growth.
• Guide vehicles safely onto the conveyor using approved hand signals and loading procedures.
• Prepare vehicles for entry into the wash tunnel by performing vehicle prep services as needed.
• Deliver outstanding customer service from the moment customers arrive through their visit at the vacuum stations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility at all times.
• Assist with daily site operations, including:
  • Emptying trash receptacles
  • Cleaning vacuum stations
  • Washing and folding towels
  • Rotating chemicals
  • Sweeping and general site upkeep
  • Cleaning equipment and wash tunnel areas
• Follow all company safety procedures and operational standards.
• Represent the company professionally and contribute to a positive team environment.

Sales Expectations

This position includes a strong sales component. Team members are expected to actively promote and sell Unlimited Wash Memberships. Candidates must be comfortable initiating conversations, educating customers about membership benefits, and achieving sales goals.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.

Reporting Structure

This position reports directly to the site management team.
