If you are organized, professional, and customer-focused, we’d love to meet you. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide a welcoming check-in and check-out experience Answer phones and assist with reservations and guest questions Handle guest requests and resolve issues in a professional manner Process payments and maintain accurate records Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area Qualifications Customer service or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel reservation systems Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed High school diploma or GED Strong math and data entry skills Experience in hotel operations or bookkeeping is a plus Comfortable working overnight alone Basic computer literacy What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling Supportive team environment Opportunities for advancement within hotel management #J-18808-Ljbffr
