We are currently seeking a Financial Analysis Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

This role forms part of a high‑performing global tax team responsible for worldwide consolidated tax provision, analysis, and reporting. The position plays a key role in coordinating global tax data, supporting statutory and management reporting, and contributing to cross‑functional tax initiatives

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Role Focus: Tax Accounting & Reporting

1. Quarterly and Annual Reporting:

• Review quarterly and annual tax submissions from global entities via the Statutory Reporting Program (SRP).
• Prepare tax account reconciliations and consolidate uncertain tax positions.
• Resolve entity queries relating to SRP submissions and reporting requirements.
• Produce and analyse SRP reports to support internal and external tax reporting.
• Assist with group tax accounting and consolidation entries.
• Provide SRP system training to global finance teams, as required.

1. Coordinate annual global data collection for tax reporting initiatives, including:

Country‑by‑Country Reporting (CbCR)

Pillar Two reporting

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5 – 8 years’ experience in a large corporate or Big Four tax environment.
• Chartered Accountant or equivalent professional qualification.
• Solid understanding of global tax provision and compliance processes.
• Exposure to both direct and indirect taxes preferred.
• Strong accounting knowledge with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Demonstrated ability to analyse complex data, improve processes, and leverage technology.
• Strong communication skills with experience working in geographically diverse teams.
• Self‑motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven global environment.
