Litigation Paralegal Opportunity - Knoxville, TN - ONSITE Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 + bonus Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Requirements MUST HAVE Personal Injury Litigation experience 2+ years of experience in a personal injury law firm or litigation-focused practice preferred Experience supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation Strong legal writing and drafting skills Experience reviewing and summarizing medical records, medical bills, and damages documentation Experience drafting pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and correspondence Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a deadline-driven environment Proficiency with legal case management systems, document management platforms, and e-filing systems Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills Ability to conduct legal research using multiple resources Professional communication and client service skills Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical standards Responsibilities Support attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation, including discovery, mediation, and trial preparation Maintain and manage case files, ensuring all documentation is organized and up to date Communicate with clients regarding case updates and requests for information Request, review, organize, and summarize medical records and damages-related materials Coordinate depositions, mediations, IMEs, court hearings, and other case-related events Prepare trial and mediation materials, including exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders File legal documents with state and federal courts while ensuring compliance with deadlines Perform legal research and assist with litigation strategy Maintain accurate case information within internal systems Schedule Full-time, Monday through Friday Onsite in Knoxville, TN #J-18808-Ljbffr
