Job DescriptionJob DescriptionHiFyve is hiring an Inventory Control Analyst in the Manufacturing industry in Osceola, Iowa!Pay: $59K–$88KShift: DaysLocation: OnsiteBenefits: Full benefits packageAbout the RoleThis role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory across operations while partnering with purchasing, planning, and manufacturing to improve efficiency and minimize variances.Job ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate inventory of raw materials, stock items, and finished goodsMonitor and enforce processes for all inventory transactionsInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variancesSupport cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and auditsAnalyze slow-moving inventory and recommend corrective actionsMinimize inventory loss through best supply chain practicesRecommend improvements to inventory lifecycle and processesReview inventory levels to reduce excess or obsolete stockAssist with updates and changes to work ordersCollaborate cross-functionally with purchasing, planning, and productionSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory controlQualifications2–5 years of inventory control, planning, or manufacturing experienceERP experience (JDE preferred)Strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain processesExperience with cycle counting and inventory reconciliationProficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systemsAbility to analyze data and resolve issues quicklyStrong organizational and communication skillsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field preferredIf you're interested, please apply!
