Shift Details: Shift 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM Shifts Per Week 3 Scheduled Hours 36 Job Order Details Start Date 08/10/2026 End Date 11/09/2026 Duration 13 Week(s) Job Description: Surgical Tech - Day shift with possible night shift rotation B-Weekly Orientation There is a possibility for off-shifting (1-3 shifts in a week) once every 4-week scheduling period, but there are a lot of times there is no off-shifting Weeknight call requirements (1-2 nights/week on average) Weekend call required (every 4-5 weekends on average) 30 rooms, 60-80 cases per day 2 years of Surg Tech experience required Level 1 Trauma experience highly preferred BLS required First time travelers NOT accepted Experience with General and Trauma required Experience with vascular and endoscopic procedures required Experience with colorectal and gastro robotic required DaVinci experience highly preferred Scrubs provided by facility Nebraska Medical Center - Nebraska Medical Center (NMC) is the No. 1 rated hospital in the Omaha metro area and the state of Nebraska. No RTO during first week of orientation. Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Unit dependent; see JD.
