Key Qualifications Passion for and experience with stocking and customer service Member satisfaction as top priority Solution seeker and innovator who tackles obstacles head‑on Comfortable with change and can rapidly adapt to different work scenarios Curious and creative thinker, driving change through out‑of‑box thinking Impact Ensure high‑quality products are taken care of and available for our members Maintain shelves clean, temperature controlled, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser‑quality food products Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area Responsibilities Maintain safety of facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, steelstandard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to Management Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the freezer/cooler/deli area according to company policies, handling claims and returns, zoning, receiving/stocking merchandise, setting up, cleaning, organizing displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise, completing required audits, paperwork, logs, and other documentation, securing fragile and high‑shrink merchandise Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying their needs, locating merchandise, assisting with purchasing decisions, providing deli products, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting company products and services Follow company policies related to freezer/cooler area: complying with food handling policies; operating, repairing, and sanitizing equipment; following cold chain procedures; cleaning area; monitoring fans, drains, doors; reporting issues to Management Compensation and Benefits Competitive pay and performance‑based bonus awards.
