Allied OneSource is hiring a dedicated Elementary Special Education Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. Join our team as a contracted educator supporting a partner school district in Bourbonnais, IL. If you’re committed to inclusive, student-centered learning, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

Provide specialized instruction aligned with elementary students’ IEP goals
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs
Maintain compliance with state, federal, and district requirements
Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families
Foster a supportive, inclusive classroom environment

What You Need

Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement (required)
Authorization to work as a Special Education Teacher in Illinois
Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Passion for inclusive, student-centered education
