Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined educationDemonstrated experience with risk managementDemonstrated experience identifying and resolving issuesAbility to operate in a dynamic environment and tackle numerous roles as part of the daily program operationsGeneral understanding and application of data visualizationOrganization and prioritization skills proven to integrate and coordinate a multitude of tasksAbility to track metrics month over month and assess trendsDesired SkillsExcellent presentation, oral and written skills to facilitate effective and efficient technical and business interchanges with our Navy partners and program leadershipExperience integrating with various functional teamsDemonstrated ability to get results from teams without direct authorityAbility to build key relationships across organizations internally within LM and externally with customers & industry partners to achieve organizational and program goalsKnowledge of program lifecycle execution from concept phase through end-of-life phaseExperience with Collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, or SharePoint and knowledge of agile methodologiesPay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
