Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience specializing in CT imaging
• Proficiency in trauma, stroke, cardiovascular, procedural, and routine exams across diverse patient populations (neonates to geriatrics)
• ARRT certification in CT and current BLS certification
• Ability to operate computerized tomography equipment efficiently and accurately
• Strong understanding of patient safety, positioning, and radiation safety protocols

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in a Level 2 trauma center
• Familiarity with advanced imaging techniques and emergency procedures
• Excellent patient communication skills and compassion in difficult situations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Certified Radiologic Technologist with specialized CT training
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a busy hospital or trauma setting

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work scheduled shifts from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays
• Must work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve) during the 16-week contract period starting 09/23/2024
• Willingness to travel and accept reimbursements for licensure, certifications, and other necessary expenses
