Site Construction Associate — Inspect, Coordinate & Deliver Quality Homes

M/I Homes

M/I Homes is seeking a Construction Superintendent trainee to assist the Construction Manager in coordinating on-site activities, inspections, scheduling, and quality control for assigned subdivisions. You will train to become an on-site leader, ensuring high-quality workmanship and smooth delivery. A bachelor’s or associate degree in construction management or 3+ years of related work is preferred; strong carpentry and blueprint skills are essential.
