Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care in Franklin, NH, United States. Start date 07/01/2026 for a 3-week travel assignment. Weekly pay range is $570-$602 per week with 36 guaranteed hours per week. Shift: 3x12-hour days (07:00–19:30). Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility. This is a travel - temporary assignment with local candidates only.

Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, following established protocols
- Monitor resident status, vital signs, and overall condition; report changes to supervising staff
- Assist with activities of daily living and provide compassionate personal care
- Document care provided and observations in the resident’s charting system
- Support wound care and routine nursing tasks as delegated by the supervising nurse
- Collaborate with the care team to maintain safety, comfort, and quality of care for residents

Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Hampshire
- Local candidates only
- Availability to start on 07/01/2026 and complete a 3-week assignment
- Ability to work 3x12-hour day shifts (07:00–19:30) with the rotation pattern described
- Commitment to safe, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing setting
