BCBA compensation begins at $72,000 for an eight-client caseload, with the opportunity to earn $100,000+ by selecting a higher caseload. We’re looking for a full-time Behavior Analyst who is collaborative, compassionate, and excited to make a meaningful impact. With a thoughtfully managed small caseload of just 8-10 clients, you’ll have the time and space to build strong relationships and provide high-quality, individualized support. This role maintains a 23-hour weekly billable requirement, balanced in a way that supports both client care and professional sustainability.
