Pay

$19.10 - $19.60 per hour (based on experience)

Available Shifts

2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM

3rd Shift: 11:30 PM - 7:30 AM

12 hour AWS shift: 7am-7pm, and 7pm-7am

Full-Time | Overtime may be available

What You'll Do

As a Forklift Operator, you'll play an essential role in keeping production moving efficiently by:

• Safely operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment
• Loading and unloading trucks, trailers, and shipping containers
• Moving raw materials, production supplies, and finished goods throughout the facility
• Supplying production lines with materials
• Removing completed products from production areas
• Performing shipping and receiving duties
• Conducting daily forklift inspections
• Maintaining accurate inventory using scanners or warehouse systems
• Assisting with cycle counts and inventory control
• Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe

Qualifications

We're looking for dependable team members who take pride in their work.

Qualified candidates should have:

• At least 3 years of recent forklift experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environment
• Experience operating sit-down forklifts and stand up forklifts (preferred)
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Stable work history
• Ability to obtain or maintain forklift certification

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, and twist throughout the shift
• Sit and operate a forklift for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment
