Location: Cal Poly San Luis Obispo We are hiring immediately for a full time CONCESSIONS SUPERVISOR position. Address : 1 Grand Ave. Bldg. 112, San Luis Obispo, CA 93407 (Hiring for multiple locations: Dining Concessions .) Note: online applications accepted only. Schedule : Full time schedules. Requirement : At least 1-2 years of food service supervisory experience in a high volume fast paced environment required. Perks : Complimentary shift meal and paid parking! Job Summary Summary: Manages the operations of concession stands and performs a variety of concessions duties while providing a pleasant guest experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manages the operations of multiple concession stands, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours. Greets, directs, and responds to guest’s questions and needs. Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing. Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment. Follows cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Minimum of one year leadership experience.
