Return Goods Coordinator

PrideStaff San Diego is building a bench of qualified Return Goods Coordinators for upcoming opportunities with our distribution and industrial clients in the San Diego area. If you're detail-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and ready to move quickly when the right opportunity opens, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Manage returned merchandise from receipt through final disposition
• Inspect returns and damaged goods to determine condition and next steps (restock, scrap, rework)
• Log returns accurately and support inventory reconciliation
• Coordinate with customer service, sales, and warehouse teams on discrepancies
• Communicate with vendors on RMAs and pending credits
• Use pallet jacks and scanners; maintain an organized workspace

What you bring:

• High school diploma or GED, or 2-4 years of related experience
• Electrical, industrial, or distribution experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift, stoop, kneel, and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting
