Quality Technician

Responsibilities Performs routine incoming and in-process dimensional and visual inspections based on established quality specifications. Inspects product samples to evaluate the quality of the full product batch prior to release to finished goods inventory. Initiate non-conforming material reports as required. Identify and ensure the movement of non-conforming materials to designated quarantine areas. Input accurate and timely data into quality reporting systems. Ensure inspections are timely, effective, and routinely maintained. Train the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence as needed. Perform product and manufacturing process audits on the shop floor. Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding quality issues found. Perform required SAP transactions. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company policies. Perform other duties as assigned or required. Required Skills / Abilities Good written and verbal communication skills. Spanish speaking is a plus. Excellent attention to detail. Basic computer and math skills. Ability to use measuring devices like gauges, micrometers, and calipers.
