$19.00 - $32.00/hr* Full time Shifts may vary Role summary Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Stocking associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary. What you’ll do Stocking, backroom, and receiving associates work to ensure customers can find all the items they have on their shopping list. Depending on the shift you work, the job may include moving inventory in the backroom and unloading trucks. The role is physically demanding and fast‑paced. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives, and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. * The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
