Overview:
Join our team as a Personal Attendant and become a vital part of providing compassionate, personalized support to individuals seeking assistance with daily activities. In this role, you will deliver dedicated care, ensure safety, and promote independence for those you serve. Your energetic and positive approach will create a warm environment where clients feel valued, respected, and empowered to live their best lives.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily routines such as grooming, dressing, mobility, and medication reminders
• Provide companionship and emotional support to foster a trusting relationship
• Help with household tasks including light cleaning, meal preparation, and organizing personal belongings
• Monitor clients’ health and well-being, reporting any concerns to healthcare professionals or family members
• Accompany clients to appointments, outings, or community activities to promote social engagement
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in the client’s condition
• Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for clients and staff

 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in personal care or caregiving roles preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate
• Excellent communication skills with a compassionate and respectful demeanor
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks such as lifting or assisting with mobility
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for record keeping and task management
• Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
• Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures is a plus but not mandatory
