Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Long-term Care (Princeton)

Position Summary Interior Health is seeking an experienced and dynamic Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Long‑term Care team at Ridgewood Lodge in Princeton, BC. About the Job The position is a Relief Part‑Time (0.79) opportunity until September5,2026, or the return of the incumbent. Responsibilities include: Performing assessments and planning, implementing, and providing personal and nursing care to patients in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, with scope varying according to the predictability of outcomes for the client population. Administering oral, subcutaneous, and intramuscular medications in accordance with pharmaceutical and organizational policies and procedures. Operating in accordance with the competency guidelines and full scope of practice within the Standards of Practice as outlined by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM), and according to organizational policies, procedures, standards and unit‑specific protocols. Shifts and Schedule Shifts are scheduled days and nights rotating from 07:00 to 14:00, 07:00 to 19:00, and 19:00 to 07:00. Location Ridgewood Lodge is a long‑term care home offering 24‑hour nursing care using the neighbourhood model. The facility currently houses 37 residents and focuses on promoting wellness and implementing creative approaches to care. Qualifications Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Current full practising licensure with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM). Current CPR certification.
