Express** is seeking a **Mechanical Assembler** for a **Manufacturing Company** in **New Salem**! Do you have mechanical aptitude and experience working with tools, equipment, or machinery? Express is seeking a Gear Shop Laborer to assist with the disassembly, inspection, and assembly of industrial gearboxes. This position is ideal for candidates with automotive, mechanical assembly, or small engine repair experience. Job Duties Of The Mechanical Assembler Disassemble and inspect industrial gearboxes and related components Assist with ordering materials and replacement parts as needed Assemble gearboxes according to specifications and drawings Use calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings Maintain a clean and organized work area Other duties as required Qualifications Of The Mechanical Assembler High school diploma or GED Attention to detail and safety Reliability Mechanical experience in automotive repair, assembly, maintenance, or small engine repair preferred Ability to read calipers, micrometers, and technical drawings Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to bend, lift, twist, crouch, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr Express Employment Professionals
