You'll have the opportunity to influence how work gets done, identify smarter ways to operate, and play a vital role in supporting organizational success.If you're energized by leadership, continuous improvement, and taking ownership of meaningful work, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoAs the Accounting Supervisor, you'll oversee day-to-day accounting operations while leading and developing members of the Finance team.Key responsibilities include:Identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiencyEnhancing spreadsheets, reporting tools, systems, and financial processesResearching issues, recommending solutions, and driving implementationSupervising, coaching, and developing Finance staffReviewing accounting activities for accuracy, consistency, and complianceSupporting timely and accurate financial reportingMaintaining strong internal controls and documentation practicesEnsuring compliance with GAAP, company policies, and applicable regulatory requirementsSupporting Part 32 accounting classifications and Part 64 cost allocation requirementsServing as a trusted partner and key resource to the Finance DirectorA Day in the LifeNo two days are exactly the same.You may start your morning helping team members navigate challenges, setting priorities, and ensuring critical deadlines stay on track.Midday often includes reviewing reconciliations, validating financial information, strengthening controls, and ensuring reports are accurate and decision-ready.In the afternoon, you'll shift gears into improvement mode.
