- Oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living space for residents.
- Hire, train, schedule, and support team members to ensure top-quality service.
- Maintain infection control, sanitation, and safety standards across the entire community.
- Manage department inventory, supplies, equipment, and budget-related purchases.
- Perform regular inspections, report maintenance or safety issues, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in housekeeping is required.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills.
- Ability to operate and care for commercial cleaning and laundry equipment.
- Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Strong attention to detail when inspecting rooms and common areas.
