Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Drive OTR dry van freight nationwide from Council Bluffs, joining a team that prioritizes driver safety and equipment reliability. HMD issues late-model trucks equipped with sleepers, APUs and inverters and provides in-house maintenance support to keep you rolling.

Your Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a CDL-A tractor-trailer on long-distance lanes and manage on-road schedules with dispatch.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, keep accurate logs, and secure cargo for transport.
• Deliver loads on time while adhering to DOT regulations and company standards.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL-A and minimum 12 months verifiable experience. Compensation starts at 65 CPM with bonuses, regular home time and full benefits.
