Sales Associate

Location: Cornelius, NC

\n

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9 AM-5 PM

\n

Compensation: $40,000 Base + Commission

\n

\n

Seeking a motivated sales professional to generate new business, build client relationships, and sell coaching programs, memberships, and events.

\n

\n

Compensation:

    \n
  • $600 per qualified sale
    • \n
  • $150 per membership sale
    • \n
  • 10% commission on event sales
    • \n
  • Bonus for ever 5 Sales additional $1500
    • \n
  • Associates who stay over a year earn close to 100K (200K for seasoned)
    • \n
\n

Responsibilities:

\n
    \n
  • Make 100-150 outbound calls daily.
    • \n
  • Qualify prospects and close sales.
    • \n
  • Maintain CRM records and follow-up activities.
    • \n
  • Participate in sales training and coaching.
    • \n
  • Build strong client relationships.
    • \n
\n

Requirements:

\n
    \n
  • High School Diploma or GED.
    • \n
  • Experience in inside sales, outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development.
    • \n
  • Strong communication and closing skills.
    • \n
  • CRM experience preferred.
    • \n
  • Ability to work onsite in Cornelius, NC.
    • \n
\n

Ideal Backgrounds: Business consulting, coaching, financial services, insurance, mortgage, real estate, or other B2B sales environments.
