Job Details The Operations Manager will have primary responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day operations while ensuring consistently high levels of service for customers. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the location and ensure customer needs are consistently met. Lead, develop, and motivate operations staff while fostering a collaborative team environment. Partner with Sales to support business development and customer-facing activities as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations. Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, service quality, and operational efficiency. Requirements 5+ years experience in freight forwarding / 3PL industry. 3+ years experience developing and coaching operational teams. Strong working knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and international transportation processes. Hands-on, flexible, customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
