Senior Account Manager - Industrial Power Solutions/SST Products in Houston

Gen-Systems Power Solutions, a Jereh Company, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Senior Account Manager – Industrial Power Solutions to join our growing commercial team in Houston, Texas. This role is designed for an early-career sales professional who wants to build a long-term career in technical and industrial sales. In this role, you will support customer account development and commercial activities for SST products, power conversion solutions, and related industrial power applications. You will manage customer follow-up, support quotations and proposals, maintain CRM and pipeline activity, coordinate with internal teams, and contribute to account growth across technically advanced power opportunities. This is a strong fit for candidates with experience in account management, technical sales, business development, electrical equipment, power systems, power conversion, data center power infrastructure, or related industrial energy sectors. Key Responsibilities Manage assigned customer accounts and support sales activities for SST products and related industrial power solutions Build and maintain customer relationships through regular communication, follow-up, and account support Support quotations, proposals, pricing coordination, and order-related communication Identify upsell, cross-sell, and new account opportunities Coordinate with internal teams to support technical, commercial, and delivery-related customer requirements Maintain account plans, pipeline activity, opportunity tracking, and CRM updates Assist with issue resolution and customer follow-up on open opportunities Monitor market activity and share customer and competitive feedback with internal stakeholders Participate in customer visits, sales meetings, and industry events Support the Business Development Director in achieving sales and growth objectives Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development 2+ years of experience in electrical equipment, industrial products, or power systems 2+ years of experience with SST products, power conversion, data center power, or closely related electrical infrastructure 2+ years using a CRM platform Experience supporting a structured sales process including quotations, proposals, pipeline activity, and account follow-up Willingness to travel as needed to support customer and business activities Ability to work in a hybrid structure based in Houston, TX 77032 Additional Qualifications / Preferences Navida Company experience is a plus Exposure to solid-state transformer products Familiarity with data center power infrastructure Experience supporting industrial, utility, commercial, or energy-related customers Experience with pricing, opportunity tracking, and order execution Long-term potential for growth in industrial and technical sales #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Jobline ZR
